A Token Gesture: ‘Ask us NFT-thing’ 

online event will provide a forum for critical reflection and debate about the use, value and implications of NFTs.

A Token Gesture is an exhibition and research project to introduce, explore and critique new public interactions and ownership of digital art via ‘non-fungible tokens’ – more commonly known as NFTs.  

 

In the final week of our exhibition, this online event will provide a forum for critical reflection and debate about the use, value and implications of NFTs. 

 

Lead developer, Dr. Evan Morgan, and lead researcher Dr. Chris Elsden, along with others connected to the work, invite you to ‘Ask us NFT-thing’.  

 

We invite anyone to join us via Zoom, but would especially welcome those who have taken part in the exhibition thus far to come together to share experiences, and consider the potential futures, good and bad, of these technologies.   

 

A Token Gesture is running via at Inspace Gallery every night, from March 7th to April 3rd
