Kiersten Hay was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Institute for Design Informatics, where she worked as a designer-researcher on the interdisciplinary ‘Beyond 10,000 Steps’ research project, funded by UKRI as part of the Healthy Ageing Challenge. She left the institute in 2024 to become a Research Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University’s South Yorkshire Digital Health Hub.
